SUMMER TIME!!

Summer time means we get to go to Wichita for a week at a time and visit family and friends! We also get to spend the WHOLE week with Daddy!!!

What would summer time be without lots of swimming?!

Summer time means it's Carson's Birthday!!! Happy 6th B-day Carson!

Summer time is not all fun and games...there's chores to be done...like mowing the lawn!

This summer we have been to several parks...

We have climbed trees (but the ones at Grandad's are better!).

We have climbed rocks...

And we have relaxed while enjoying the outdoors.


FOURTH OF JULY!

Blake bought the boys PLENTY of fireworks and they had a BLAST lighting them and seeing them go off (w/adult supervision of course!). We watched the big firework show in Yukon on Friday night with some friends and then Saturday we set off our own and entertained some neighbors. I was SO thankful for the rain the hour before. Although Blake assured me that he's set off fireworks and knew how to do it, I still didn't want to catch anything on fire...like a house!

The other day we got to play kickball with a bunch of kids. Here's Carson giving it a good kick!

Cooper was a great outfielder and got plenty of people OUT! The boys had lots of fun!

Camden took water breaks but didn't get to play kickball...he just played in the dirt instead :0)

One of my favorite things to do is snuggel on the couch and watch movies!!

We have watched a lot of my old favorites like "Candleshoe", "Return to Witch Mountain", "Bedknobs and Broomsticks" and "The Secret of Nimh" to name a few. We get a bowl of popcorn (which Cooper and Camden LOVE) and settle down for the night.
